Return Policy
Any item returned to EyeglassCentral must be accompanied with an assigned RA number. Please contact our customer service department at returns@eyeglasscentral.com
Most frames come with a 1 year manufacturers’ warranty. In most cases this warranty covers manufacturers’ defects. Any frame returned as defective and not deemed defective by the manufacturer will not be replaced. All frame accessories associated with item returned must be included (i.e.: instruction booklet, case, unused warranty card, cloth, original packing material…) with return.
You may exchange your non prescription sunglasses or frames one time within 30 days of purchase for another product or a merchandise credit. If the item was sent and shipping and handling charge was waived an $8.95 value will be assessed and deducted from the original purchase. Basic shipping charges will apply when new order is sent.
Merchandise credit will be the total of the price paid for the product returned minus a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping and handling charge. If the returned item was originally shipped with the shipping and handling charge waived an $8.95 value will be assessed and deducted from the original purchase. All merchandise credits expire 90 days from date of original purchase.
All items returned must be in original condition, returned in its original box with all associated accessories (i.e.: instruction booklet, case, unused warranty card, cloth, original packing material…).
There will be no refunds on any item. There is no merchandise credit or exchanges on any prescription item. |
